0.33 l bottle from 'Bierwinkelier.nl', best before January 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of clove, lemon peel, some straw and light gooseberry. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and hints of gooseberry, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent, soft carbonation. Quite good for such a low abv, good body, fairly quaffable.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly bready and spicy, pale malty and yeasty, herbal spicy as well as grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of brine, bread crust, a touch of mustard seed. Taste is slightly dry, bready malty, mildly yeasty spicy and herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of bread crust, a touch of mustard seed, sage. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Clean, balanced, refreshing - very nice.

Bottle to go from dB’s. Smells like Noord Hollandse. Dusty herbs, a lot of CO2, cloves, coriander, dead yeast. Very herbal and very dry with some light sweetness. Very overcarbonated. Quite typical Noord Hollandse aroma, yuck.
