bottle, Dank an MoritzF! Clear golden colour with a large and creamy white head. Malty-fruity nose. Full-bodied, intensively malty with hints of fruit and marzipane. Well-balanced festive beer.

500ml bottle bought at Reading BF 09, drunk on the train on the way home. gold, thick rocky beige head. Bit of lager puke on aorma, better in mouth, good fullish pale malts. Decent citrus finish. Gets better as it goes on. Decent.

Bottle: Golden coloured with a mid-sized fluffy yellowish head, slowly collapsing, lazy carbonation; almost a Bock-like nose: sweet pale malt, distinctive herbal hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.8%; spicy herbal-citrousy finisg with a solid malty base. Good...........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a steady medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and distinctively bready malty aroma, slightly doughy with light notes of herbal hops in the background. Light-sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a smooth and pleasant carbonation. All malt flavour, moderately bready with light notes of biscuit; moderately sweet, slightly bitter malt-accented finish with a whiff of herbal hops. Pleasant to drink, but not one of my faves (01.05.08).

Test vom 18.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,10,11,12,9,11 - 10,60
