21 September 2022. At Perennial, St. Louis. Shared with the lovely Anke!
Clear dark golden, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of pine needle, pine-scented perfume, lime juice, mandarin peel, grapefruit, white peppercorns. Taste has sweetish melon, pear & mandarin, slightly sour citrus zest, bitter grapefruit and a bready malt body. Piney hoppy finish with bitter grapefruit & resin. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Solid brew!
