Tap at Malt in Fossa, in Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours clear blonde, with very fine white foam. Aroma is honey, cereal, bread. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso è bella rustica, cereali, panino al latte, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è perfettamente equilibrata, attacco maltato dolce con amaro finale medio, secca e pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Splendida. Applausi!
