Fresh Hop Hazy IPA // 6.8%
We’re super STOKED about this year’s fresh hop release! This extra special hazy includes 80 pounds of bright green, early harvested, fresh-off-the-plane Centennial hops from @crosbyhops in Portland, Oregon. We hit it with even more Centennial in the dry hop in two different forms, @yakimachief Centennial Cryo and Centennial T-90.
Appearance: deep yellow with a dense haze
Aroma: huge tangerine, peach and white grap. Supporting notes of white mango with signature fresh hop dankness to back it all up.
Flavor: Complex and fruity with very low bitterness and a semi sweet finish.
Body: Medium bodies with a juicy mouthfeel.

Hazy ochre, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of fresh peach, tangerine, melon, white grape, pine, pepper, herbs. Taste has sweet peach & grape, soft citrusy sourness, herbs & spices in the middle of a doughy malt body. Floral & piney hoppy finish with bitter tangerine pith, spices and juicy stonefruit. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Very well balanced Hazy, and extremely fresh. Nice!
