Pressure to Party’s a crisp, tart, raspberry bomb. It uses 277 pounds of raspberry puree and powder along with Citra hops. It’s quick, snappy and finishes with a clean, light, spritzee mouthfeel. The result = a thirst quenching, sessionable sour you won’t even have to be pressured into trying.

Hazy bright red, thin, off-white head. Aroma of raspberry jam, redcurrant, yoghurt, lemon peel, sourdough. Taste has sour raspberry coulis & berries, lactic acid note out of a yoghurty maltiness. Tart finish with acidic red fruits, some lemon and retronasal bread. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Above-average fruited Sour.
