There’s a storm brewing in the PNW. Waves of pineapple, mango, passionfruit & lime come crashing up the Juan De Fuca strait to delight the sense with this refreshingly light, tropical fruit infuse, kettle soured ale. Juicy, tart and ever so satisfying, let the Salish cyclone be your companion to weather the summer heat.

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, passionfruit, mango, pineapple, yogurt and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, lime and yogurt in a dry, tart Lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Tasty and enjoyable.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light lemony notes, tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits, Epsom salts, light acidity, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

On tap at Twa Dogs, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of lacto and some tart stone fruit. Flavour is tart, with lots of yogurty lacto, tart citrus, a touch of stone fruit, and light acidity. Yogurty palate, and decently tart, but little depth. Not too great.
