Haze Zee is a delicious experiment. Armed with a bunch of Galaxy and Enigma hops we took unorthodox steps to make a beer with many of the characteristics of a hoppy, juicy hazy ale. Taste it for yourself and see if we hit the target. Haze Zee pours a hazy and luminous straw color, with grapefruit pith, tangerine, and fruit cocktail on both the nose, and in the flavour. It has medium bitterness that builds in the dry finish.

473ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Aroma of bready wheat malt, grapefruit rind, white wine, peach, yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, peach, cantaloupe, grapefruit rind, guava, white wine, yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Nicely done.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Biera.
