Clear orange beer, small aery irregular yellowish head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lambic, wild yeast, fruity, woody notes, floral, some solvents. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very floral, soapy bitterness, a soft acidity, some apple skin, a little funky, a bit dry, tastes more like a cider than a beer. Aftertaste: very floral, soapy, some prunes, a bit chemical, more floral and a soapy finish.
