Basic recipe of the Witte Mie, with addition of raspberries. Aged for 2 months, infused with ‘be happy’, a tea cocktail made by Van Poeck (Sint-Niklaas) and refermented with champagne yeast.

Pours very intense pink indeed. Medium to medium large, pinkwhite head. Scent is rather mild, bit wheat, bit tea, a touch metallic though. Taste is fairly intense. Full on dryness, mild acidity / astringency from the wheat. Mild on the tea. A whiff of red fruit (raspberry?) Sharp and higher carbonation, enhancing the dryness of the beer. a sunny sipper at a low ABV.
