Canned 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Muddy brownish coloured, small off-white head, smoked ham in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light smoked ham and light smoked sausages with leather touch in the finish. Pleasant in the nose but a bit unbalanced overall.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia rossa, mela ed erbe aromatiche.

Rauchiger, weich getreidiger Beginn. Spritzig, volles Mundgefühl, geringe Bitterkeit, passend süßlich. Langer Nachgeschmack. 6/9/11/9//9
