Pours a deep/dark golden with amber hints, almost perfectly transparent but quite hazy on final pour. Hardly forms any head even with quite hard pouring. Good intensity in an almost gueuze-like aroma: just the slightest hint of cereal malts followed by vivid fruity notes (orange, citric, lighter peach) among a quite vivid sour feel (citric and slightly acetic) with a very light funky touch and a slightly prickly feel. Taste is much more mellow than the smell suggested with a cerealish, slightly doughish base overtaken by fruity notes (peach, orange, lighter citrus hints), a light prickly/peppery feel. Sourness is average for a wild saison and overall more delicate than the smell suggested (citric, very slightly acetic/vinous). Minimal funkiness. Overall fine but not that much clean/polished in both aroma and taste. Light to medium bodied with quite low carbonation, resulting in a super easily drinkable slightly oily feel. Overall a quite easy, highly drinkable take on the style, felt quite ok but not especially deep or complex.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro B and Max. Hazy orange with small white head. Juicy, peach, some citrus notes, medium sourness. Nice one.

Flaska från Etre. Ljusgul lätt disig med vit krona. I doften massor brett, citrus, stenfrukt, funk, pissoarpuck. Var beredd på hög syra utifrån doften, sådär så salivproduktionen går igång. Men i smaken väldigt mjuk syra, och nästan bara mjuk men fyllig citrus-driven brett i förgrunden. Kryddigt, citrusskal, lätt sälta, mycket fat, grape, kumquats. Får nästan igång salivproduktionen ändå. Väldigt gott och snyggt. Kan kanske sakna mer syra i smaken för fräschören, men enbart fråga om preferens. Gott.
