Pale yellow pour with a small, but stable white head. Aromas of wheat, white bread, some banana and cocnut. Taste is wheat/white bread, mango, coconut, some banana and citrus. Quite nice.

F: medium, white, almost good retention.
C: pale gold, hazy.
A: malty/wheat, banana, bready, spicy touch, citrus floral.

Draft @ CoHop. Sold as a wheat ale with coconut - turns out after some digging that it's brewed with Sorachi Ace.
Couleur dorée pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est plaisant et clairement axé sur des effluves de noix de coco, le tout est bien frais avec en rétro-nasal l'apport plutôt basique de grains concassés - malt pils, froment.
Palais sur une base de noix de coco qui vient apporter une petite tournure tropical et fraiche sur une base bien trop souvent très classique belge, ce Sorachi ressort bien avec un léger retrait citronné. Niveau levure, qcq notes esters belges et un léger herbacé en retrait. Le tout reste assez épuré. Fini est sec.
