Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow, white head. Aroma: Mix of Rhubarb, Saison yeast and Lambic. Horse manure funk. Taste: Rhubarb in front. Moderate tart. Citrus fruit (mostly lemon), some wood, wild yeast funk, minerals and hints of hay. Light sweetness. Somewhat Saison-ish in the background. Just under medium body. Below average carbonation. Dry-ish and quite smooth mouthfeel. A bit thin. Ok but a bit disappointing in my opinion.

Small white head over fully muddy orange beer. Nice lemony, lambic-y nose, farmyard, even some saddlesoap. Rhubarb is obvious. Mild fruity acids. Sour (rhubarb, buttermilk, lactic...) and a pinch of bitterness, just towing it to more depth. Even some fruitsugars suggested. Exotic fruit, at that. Dry-out effect, lipsmacking acidity, mild acidburn, not lean. Very nice, and one of the best rhubarb beer so far - most just yield a too acidic whole.
