Can to mug.
Appearance: transparent copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once that happened some speckled lace graced the sides of the glass nicely
Aroma: clean caramel malts, toasted nuts, toffee/butterscotch whiff, and some subtle earthy crisp hops further underneath
Flavor: leans towards the sweet side with a kind earthy vibe trying to enter in underneath, mild aftertaste of caramel/bready malts
Texture: between light and medium bodied, definitely sessionable; not as crisp as I would have thought this could have been; finishes slightly dry with a mild toastiness to it.
Overall: for the most part, I'd say this was a pretty nice festbier, I would want this again because part of me thinks the carb may have fallen off a bit, hmmmm, did it? Still, I'm a festbier fan and I hope to find next Autumn.

Can. Adnams Holkham Norfolk. I’ve rated this and it got lost. Ffs. Anyway it’s slightly on the sweeter nuttier caramel side of things. Easy drinking but not pulling any trees up especially.

Golden with a huge fluffy head. Yeasty with light caramel followed by perfumey and grassy hops. Medium finish and body.

500ml can. Light hazed gold with wispy top. Aroma is very malty with caramel and bready notes. Flavour the same with mild grassy bitterness, is fairly sweet, quite tasty for what it is. Medium bodied.

Draft at Das Alpenhaus. Clear golden pour, one finger foamy head fades down to a thin creamy cap. Bready, grainy aroma. Taste is bready, biscuity, clean, simple. Quite an easy drinker. Ein prosit!

A light amber beer in a nice, traditional can, with a huge head. Aroma: fine hoppy spice on a malty base, otherwise quite subdued. Weak carbonation, medium body. It doesn't feel strong enough for a festival beer. The taste is sweet, a little spicy, not really bitter, but delicious. The head was beautiful and very, very dense!

Szép, hagyományőrző dobozban egy világos borostyán sör, hatalmas habbal. Aroma: finom komlós fűszeresség egy malátás alapon, egyébként elég visszafogott. Gyenge szénsavasság, közepes test. Nem érződik elég erőteljesnek festbier-léttére. Íze édeskés, picit fűszeres, nem igazán keserű, viszont finom . A habja gyönyörű és nagyon-nagyon tömör volt!

Shaker pint draft at Burg and Barrel in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is clear darker golden with a well formed and lasting egg white head. The aroma is bready, fresh grain, floral, soft honey sweetness. The taste is a nice balance of the honey sweet malt, fresh bread and finishes with dry floral hop. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and finishes clean with the floral and honey. Nice Oktoberfest.
