Sampled next to a regular Touche from Craywinckelhof Towering, ultra dense & fine yellowish head over fully hazy orange-yellow beer, very slowly dissipating. Dry, bit dusty even, dusty grains, chalk. Bit peppery and herbal aromas. Sharpish MF, bit burning sensation; flavours of chalk, pepper, water colour paint and generally very dry. Lean feel, ultra dry, quite well-carbonated. Not that much difference with the regular Touch brewed @BeerSelect, more in fact with the one from Craywinckelhof.
