Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Swing top bottle. Golden color. Maltaroma with a hint of apricot. malty, slightly dusty grassy flavor with hints of tropical fruit and alcohol.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 1/2/2018. Pours crystal clear deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with light notes of honey, nuttiness, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. A bit of fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice aromas with good complexity of bready malts and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with light notes of honey, nuttiness, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit, light honey/nutty, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity and robustness of bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity/yeasty notes present. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is a delicious maibock. All around nice complexity and robustness of bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Very clean and rich Pils/Munich malt showcase, with solid earthy noble hop balance against sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, malty aroma, bready-biscuity hints of stollen. Taste is moderately sweet pale malty, slightly strawy, flat hoppy counterpart. Boring.
