Tap at The Ale House, Chelmsford. Light golden colour with an off-white head. Caramel malt aroma. A little sweet. Refreshing after a warm day in London.

Very, very malty. Golden in color with tiny head, aroma is all malt as is taste. Alcohol is apparent, Just plain average, but good if you want to catch a buzz....

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2012 (SfHOdense). Pours clear golden with a small white head. Grassy and grainy. Dry and with an only pleasant note of alcohol. Medium bodied.

On tap at brewery pub, Stuttgart. Golden color with huge, frothy white head. Malt, herbs, grain and alcohol in aroma. Taste, sweet, grainy, malty, hints of metal in background. Bittersweet finish. Drinkable beer.

Typisch süßer Malzantrunk mit brotigen Einlagen und bitteren Hintergrundton. Im Mittelteil sowohl bitterer als auch deutlich süßer, diebeiden Aromen beißen sich, das Bier wird disharmonisch. Plörrig, unstimmig. Grasig, unsüffig. 8/6/5/6/9/5

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also. Deep golden, nice head. Starts strong, hoppy and dry, a bit metallically and sourish. Finish also a bit soapy, still metallically. Should be more spicy. Not my favourite!
