Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Herber Antrunk mit wässrigem Einschlag. Wenig hopfig, platt. Zum Ende etwas würzig, auch dies aber nur geringfügig. Trinkbar. 5/8/8/8/9/8

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond tall and steady foamy head. Grassy hoppy and strawy malty aroma with a touch of sour dough. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation, dry mouthfeel. Initially strawy malty with grassy and slightly herbal hops; dry bitter hoppy and grassy finish with a late arriving and slightly grainy malty touch in the aftertaste. Bland but surely drinkable. 09.V.11
