0.473l can. Aroma of caramel, pine and citrus. Pours clear dark brown color with soapy light brown head. Taste starts refreshing fruity and piney with sweet and rich toasted malty backbone, following is herbal and medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is dry and bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Strong winter warmer…

US Pint can from Hi-Time Wines, Costa Mesa; drank on 10th April 2025. Loved the can design, loved the beer, Fremont could well become my favourite American brewery if they keep producing beers like this for me to find. Dark brown body, off-white head. Malty with dark chocolate and a herbal twist in the aroma, taste also holds a chocolate and spicy feel within the malty base.

Can via Beer Republic. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light sweetness, nice balance, feels well attenuated, easy drinking. Lots of rich chocolatey, nutty maltiness. Very tasty, very good.

16 oz. can. Pours black, with a small, fizzy, tan head. The nose is pumpernickel, cloves, toffee, walnuts, and light star anise. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, background bitterness. Medium body, grainy, and a bit thin. Nice, earthy, and quality.
