Clear golden, thin, off-white head. Aroma of oxidized apple, yeast, old bread, cellar. Taste has sweetish apple & pear over a dry-bready malt base, yeasty notes. Dry finish of grassy hops and retronasal bread. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Pleasant enough.
