Draught at the brewpub
Muddy blond color. It has a quite evident spicy aroma (cloves...), dry and light mouthfeel, too much bitterness, short and weak in the end.

(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 28 March 2008) Pale yellow colour with green hints, cloudy. White head. Faint, malty nose with notes of wheat-flour dough and lemon. Light, malty taste with citrus, wheat and coriander. Lots of carbonation makes it quite prickly. Fairly dry, fairly thin. Doesn’t leave much of an impression.

(On tap) Golden and hazy, not much head. Very distinct notes of wheat and yeast and some fine fruit esters. A surprising bitterness. But a fairly decent German (I think) inspired wheat beer. 110405
