Skovlyst HvedeBryg er en nyfortolkning af den tyske "Hefeweizen", men afviger fra den klassiske stilart ved at have fået tilsat ekstra hvedemalt, der giver øllen en let syrlig smagsprofil.
Smagen er friskt og perlende på tungen grundet det lettere forhøjede kulsyre indhold.

500 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 4.8%. Slightly hazy brownish-golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast and citrus, a hint of cloves. The flavour is also wheaty, yeasty and citric, again with a hint of cloves. --Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Doughy nose with some orange juice. Sweet with light to medium body and soggy mouthfeel. Apples, dough and prange juice. Low bitterness. Feels like an industrial wheat lager.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffee and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, wheat, mild herbal and some spicy tones with mild biscuity and mild diacetyl tones. Very homebrewish.

Yeasty wheaty aroma , somewhat bitter, not much banana. Quite nice flavor, wheat, faint banana, faint matching bitterness. quite simple weissbier, lacks some character when compared to better german versions, but is okay and can be enjoyed as it is.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with wheat malts and fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Meh.

KØ19. Yeasty aroma. Cloudy golden color. No head. The flavour is sweetish with some bubble gum. 636312
