DRY / PLUM / TART
Lambic with Italian plums-
Delicate and dry, with fruit forward notes of plum and dried fruit. Rich and savory, with biscuity, earthy Brett notes. This beer fermented and aged on Italian plums for 18 months in barrels from nearby Bending Branch Winery. Just days before we filled with beer, these barrels held bold Italian red wine. We lovingly refer to this farmhouse ale as “grato”, an Italian word literally translated to “grateful” or “thankful.” Enjoy today or age in your cellar for years to come.
