33cl bouteille de Systembolaget Sigtuna. BB 06/06/2023. Dégustée à l’hôtel.Quoi de mieux que pour clôturer ces belles vacances en Suède qu'une bière de Noël!
Couleur ambre/cuivre, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme reste sur une base classique pour ce type de bière - nez caramel, épicé rappelant la cannelle, girofle, voire une note d'aiguille de pin sans pour cela tomber dans le côté bière de Noël belge.
Palais sur un caractère malté caramel, léger toasté avec en retrait un apport épicé hivernal rappelant un peu la Anchor Our Special Ale - floral, finement herbacé, effet all spices, cannelle, girofle.
