A solid tangerine, melon nose and a smooth medium body pairs nicely with the passion fruit, melon and of course tangerine flavors.
Where in the world did all these flavors come from? Let’s dive in without getting too nerdy…
This green-eyed beaut was brewed with a technique called Mash Hopping. It’s as simple as it sounds. The brewers throw hops into the mash tun vs the boil kettle. The mash, dry hops and the yeast we use, called Cosmic Punch, all create this beautiful juicy fruit flavor. The Mash hops used in this variant were Saaz and Cascade and DDH’d with Riwaka, Montueka & Rakau!
