Clear deep chesnut brown color, steady small beige head. Nutty, toffeish aroma. Light-bodied. Toffeish, nutty, some crisp earthy hoppyness in the finish. Sweetish, clean very English bitter. Old skool.

500ml bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Pours clear amber with a thin, short-lived white head. Aromas are malty and metallic. Taste is more of the same, with a grassy, astringent bitterness. Not great.
