21 bottles only! This was one of them. Dark brown color. Raspberry jam in the vinous aroma. Sour raspberry flavor with chocolate hidden behind it. Hints of roast, getting stronger as the beer warms. Deep, rather complex fruity beer. Enjoyable.

Fonefan 280215. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Flavour is lemon, brett, coffee, fruit, dried fruits, sourness, berries, roasted malt, caramel. Nice beer.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Oersoep Cuvée 2013 (Donker en Diep) ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, raspberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, raspberry, dark malt, sour - tart raspberry, light chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (only 21 bottles) [20150228]

Bottled@fonefan. Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is cherries, some sour wood as well as some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is tart wood, cherries and some fruity notes. Nicely dry palate.

Bottle, 75cl corked. An almost clear one, dark amber in color and with a dense, two-finger sized light beige head. The aroma has dried fruits, sour berries, some caramel and a hint of roasted malts. It’s medium bodied and effervescent, quite dry on the palate, with lemon notes, sour berries and caramel. Lasting finish with some chalky notes and raisins. Easy drinkable and quite tasteful. A bit one dimensional though .150228

Mild fruchtiger Antrunk, in der Nase ist die Fruchtigkeit erheblich intensiver. Feine Säure, sehr süffig. Himbeere, dunkles hintergründiges Malz. 11/11/11/11/10/11

Clear reddish brown colour, white head. Aroma of red fruits, caramel, light citrus. Sweet and sour flavour, light chocolate, light yoghurt. Finish yoghurt, fruit, candy and fresh apple.

Bottle shared by Joes @ Joris’ BBQ & Good Beer party. Lightly hazy brownish color, small off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, apples, lightly a sourish hint. Average body and carbonation. Hmm ok but not really nice. Chocolate and coffee in the taste? Well not in my glass anyway..

Bottled, date 01-03-2013 (only 21 bottles), large sample. Initially clear ruby color, short light brown head. Aroma has roasted malts, raspberry, dark bread, slight tart, slight sweet. Quite fruity taste, pretty sweet, slight sour. Finishes more tart and sour. Loads of raspberry.
