Bottle shared at a tasting. I only made key word-notes, so here goes: nice, refined fruits, omnipresent but not overwhelming. Light funk, moderate tartness, layered. Faint woody touch, some sweet fruits on the palate, but mainly light tartness. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation, easy to drink.

Bottle @ Væskebalancen. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, rich sweet and light tart peach. Flavor is light sourness, little malt, yeast, rich peachy. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 211224

Flaska från Métaphore, 2022. Backlog. Relativt klar blekgul med vit krona. Riktig persikobomb i doften. Persikogodis tillsammans med syrliga persikokärnor. Ren och klar i smaken med ganska djup syra och mycket persika, får igång salivproduktionen rejält. Kul med så framträdande frukt, men här blir det kanske lite endimensionellt, och syran drar igång salivproduktionen ordentligt.
