Sample at CBC 2014. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is rich oaky sherry. The flavour is strong bitter sweet with a rich alcoholic light yeast sherry sherry sherry palate with a long sherry finish. It’s all about the sherry but I’m not complaining. Lots is flavour and the alcohol is scared to come out!

Sample at CBC 2014. Black with a small tan head. Sweet with roasted malt, chocolate, licorice, dark fruit and oak. The finish was dry and with warming alcohol.

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Opaque pitch black color, nice brown head. Aroma and taste are malts, darks malts, brown sugar, loads of liquorice, liquor some bitter. Too much over the top liquorice, wine and sherry in the end. Medium body and carbonation.
