Black currant wild ale with local wild yeasts and local black currant whole fruit harvested from Bihor county located in the North-West of Romania. It is the first from a series that will employ wild yeasts - Bihor terroir. It has a light body, ruby color and a vivid feel to it. No acid was added to this beer. All the delicate sourness comes from the wild yeasts on the black currant. It is suited for ageing.
