Nice tasty beer. Good complexity. Hazy pale yellow pour and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma Balanced acidity and a semi dry ending Pale malt, yeast, barrel, citric and vinous flavor [Bottle from a trade with Kjempetorsken]

Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zuur en fruitig met iets van wijn en calvados. Best aardig maar van het originele bier is echter vrij weinig over in de smaak.

Pours slightly hazed blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, mature wine barrel, funky malts, red wine I believe. Fruity in a way. Bit of a lactic impression, yet very natural. Taste is full, relatively high in tartness, dry, full on oaky, less red wine inspired here, more buttery, chardonnay like. Very pleasant beer. Bit malty. Lovely saison !

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Saturday Session. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma and Taste of mild sweet pale malt, some yeast.

Draught Transparant rim over veiled orange-golden beer. Sour, sour grapes, hint of pickles/acetic. Again some acetic, but more towards balsamico, with a sweet, white bread background. Some dry spices & grains. Aftertaste has sweet-sour orange. Light body, soft carbonation, long aftertaste that turns out surprisingly sweet. Strange, bit unsettling.
