Bottle at Catraio Craft Beer Shop, Porto, 27/10/22. Light black with a good sized tan head. Nose is dark malts, toffee, light spice, dates, prunes, stewed fruit. Taste comprises light chocolate, spice, fruit cake mix, spice, dates, toffee. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy.

Bottle bought at LIBEERDADE, Lisbon, and top cracked off on the side of the security scanner in Lisbon Airport, and consumed straight from bottle, as the hand luggage was scanned, 31st October 23. It’s was a rushed enjoyment, the beer was caramel, bitter and sweet maple, smooth and tasty from what I can remember, I had to down this, an imperial stout and a can of sour at the scanner or lose it, as I missed checkin, whilst drinking at Crafty Corner

Op vakantie in Luxumburg geprobeerd. Het is een donkerbruin biet met een mooi bruinig schuim. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande maout en karamel. De smaak is vol gebrande mout, dadels, pruimen, toffee en ahornsiroop.
