Cold IPA. An ultra-clean IPA designed to showcase Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. A malt base of Bohemian Pilsner Malt and Rice was fermented with a lager yeast to produce a clean crisp body allowing the hops to shine through.

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of dusty malts, citrus fruits. Taste of pale malts, citrusy hops, mandarin, lemon, Mosaic showing well with its berry fruits. Medium body, spritzy carbonation, crisp and clean.

Last one from Saturday. Had a good chat about the style, after I played Devils Advocate and said it was made up (it kind of is tbh). Good beer though. Crisp and hoppy.
