Draught Small white rim over hazy orange yellow beer. Old socks, ginger, old cloth, moulded chestnuts. Sorry, those are the aroma's! Sourish, mushroom with lemon and... dust? earth? Bit walnut, but not bitter. Certainly after some warming up, mushroom sauce. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Remarkable. The nose might put off even some of the hardiest tasters, but wrongly so.

Light yellow golden. A ton of pine and spruce, liquid Christmas tree. Light umami earthy notes and smelly wet funk, bright lemon tartness. Zesty and resinous. Cool, but not in large quantities
