Owsiany imperialny stout leżakowany w beczkach po trzech różnych destylatach. Zarówno w smaku jak i w aromacie dominują nuty typowe dla beczki po bourbonie – wanilia, delikatny kokos, drewno oraz ciekawy after taste pochodzący od beczek po Cognacu. Całość została wzbogacona delikatnym dodatkiem naturalnych lasek wanilii z Ugandy oraz Madagaskaru.

MBCC 2025, Green Session. A black beer, no head. Aroma of mid sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, coffee. Taste of strong dark roasted malt, coffee, boozy finish.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, vanilla, cola, coconut, some berries, taste is sweet toffee, vanilla, coconut, chocolate, meaty. 8/9/9/9/8

27.07.2024 Zapach słodki waniliowy jak jakiś budyń, ciemne słody, jakieś kawowe, palone. Czarne nie przejrzyste, piana brązowa znikła szybko. Smak słodki, na pierwszym miejscu później wychodzą smaki beczki i ciemnych słodów, koniak i Burbon tez czuć. Słodkie kleiste, gęste, nagazowanie niskie, ciała dużo, finisz słodki i kawa, alkohol jest czuć w lekkiej goryczce. Black with a minimal light brown head. Aroma chocolate, cocoa, vanilla with some dried fruit sense. Sweet with a warm cocoa, vanilla and wooden barrels finish. Full body, sticky texture. Holiday 2024, Tallinn.

Sweetish, slightly roasty and heavy with loads of oak, wood, vanilla beans, hints of cocoa, barrel, cognac, bourbon and syrup. A bit stuffy and sweet finish, but surprisingly tasty and intense barrel notes.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Odi's place. Thanks Kobi. Black. Lots of chocolate, lots of brandy, vanilla, nuts, sweet, alcohol, caramel. Too boozy but still very nice.
