Imperial Stout w/ Vanilla. Aged for 23-27 months in Wild Turkey and Heaven Hill Bourbon & Banyuls Barrels.

Owsiany imperialny stout leżakowany w beczkach po dwóch różnych destylatach oraz winie Banyuls. Zarówno w smaku jak i w aromacie dominują nuty typowe dla beczki po bourbonie – wanilia, delikatny kokos, drewno oraz ciekawy after taste pochodzący od beczek po winie. Całość została wzbogacona delikatnym dodatkiem naturalnych lasek wanilii z Ugandy oraz Madagaskaru.

Opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived tan head. Soft and fairly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation on the back end. Big chewy dark malts, absolutely redolent with rich chocolate cake. The robust bourbon barrelling brings big bourbon soaked ripe fruits, a fair whack of bourbon and alcohol spice and an airy and semi dry finish. Robust and tasty.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, dark chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, light alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 271025

Tap at Mig & Ølsnedkeren at Blåbær release event 23/10/2025 16:49 Intense dark sweet and roasted malty with velvety chocolate, some molasses, nice spice, vanilla, full bodied, interlaced with resonating bourbon and vanilla into the lingering dark malty close. Lovely.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Oily black no head. Heavy dark malty, dusty aroma. Bitter flavour, rich dark malt, heavy roast, syrupy malty sweetness, vanilla, barrel booze and warmth.

TCBW2025. Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, liquorice, some vanilla and wooden tones with mild bourbony tones to it. Flavour is chocolate, syrup, some nutty and liquorice tones with mild alcohol sweetness to it as well.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Pitch black body, brownish head. Heavy aroma, maple-like notes, vanilla, distinct bourbon barrel, all in a good way. Sweet, nutty, taste, heaps of caramel, vanilla, with the barrels being very well integrated, not overwhelming. Classy stuff!
