Back in December 2020, just before opening our doors, we brewed a few batches of a huge imperial stout. This beer was gently laid to rest in 17-year-old Wild Turkey Master's Keep barrels for a sixteen month uninterrupted slumber, only to be conditioned to perfection on raw & house-toasted coconut, and two of our favorite vanilla varieties: Tahitian & Papua New Guinea.

Pours black, small white head. Scent is very full, creamy, coconut, chocolate. R>oasty, vanila. Lovley. Taste is full, sweet, intense, super thick, pastry-intense. lovely beer !

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Saturday Session. A black beer. Aroma and Taste of strong dark roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, bourbon, nice.

Black. Tons of coconut, chocolate, sugary roasted malts, vanilla, light bourbon. Way more coconut than bourbon, very sweet but tasty.
