12/XI/22 - from bottle @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 2), BB: n/a, 2021 version (2022-1548) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Little cloudy deep ruby mead. Aroma: wow, lots of creamy honey, very intense, a bit fruity, floral, a little soapy. Not getting the berries in the nose. MF: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots and lots of intense honey, pretty dry in the mouth, some tannins, fruity touch, alcohol. Aftertaste: more intense honey flavours, a bit acidic, some alcohol burn, more tannins, good stuff!
