Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small what head. Aroma is straw, hay, some bready and mild toffee notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some bread, mild herbs, earth and mild hayish notes.

Appearance: Cloudy gold with a two finger tall white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: grains, meaty yeast (beef), distant spicy hop. Taste: light to medium sweet, malty. Clean, grainy. Distant umami. Some hop. Light bitterness that is growing towards the aftertaste. Palate: medium minus body. Average to lively carbonation. Overall: bland at the first sip, decent as the glass gets emptier.

(Draught at Café Derat, Utrecht, 22 Feb 2018) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, cereal, grass and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, cereal, grass and an gentle herbal bitterness in a slightly sweetish finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced kellerbier. Quite enjoyable.

Tap @ cafe derat. Almost clear golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of slight spicy and grassy hop. Soft bitterness, slight malty sweetness. Not that outspoken.
