33cl bottle. A almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, cereals. Taste of pale malt, straw, grains, moderate bitterness.

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, good moussy white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, white bread, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, some lemon rind, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, light malty and husky notes, well-made but nothing special, nice.

Fläschle (Vielen Dank am See!): Golden, hazy, stable mid-sized white head, moderste bitter-sweet grainy nose with a distinctive herbal-grassy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nesrly medium bodied, really soft; lingering herbal-bitter and pale-malty finish with a delicate rural touch. Chapeau! A Kellerbier almost of franconian quality…

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, spicy. Some wheaty notes. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced, dry malty, spicy. Okay.
