Christmas Tasting beer. Light yellow hazy, nice head. Phat sour nose with a wee bit of rubbery note. Flavor is smooth sour, not too acidic, nicely balanced. I'm not sure what the green walnuts bring to the party (wild yeast?) but it's a tasty beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is funky fresh, fruity, green walnuts I guess, vineous. Taste is definitely something that could be green walnuts, nice lemoniness too, strong minerals. Sparkly carbonation. Not bad, an interesting one.

Bottle, bit of a gusher. Light golden. Quite intense what I guess are the green walnuts, vanilla, oak, cognac, wheat, toffee, soft tannins, dusty flowers. Medium sweet and a bit more sour. Lovely.

Delightful. Perhaps their most carbonated beer I've had, and more sour than some other variants of this historic Münster sour ale. Barrel presence is equal wine and cognac. Not really familiar with green walnut compared to the normal, but not too nutty.
