Orange, medium hazy body, with a big, creamy, alcing, off-white head. Aroma of moderate cheesy funk, citrus, some wine barrel. Tastes quite similar, with more tannic notes and grapes. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel. Finishes funky, moderate sour, wooden, citric, tannic. Quite Lambic-like, well balanced, with lovely rustic funk and just enough vinous notes. I didn't get much of the walnut though. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

From 0,75l bottle at Nicos. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, spices, grassy, peppery, nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funky, peppery, subtle oak, earthy, nutty. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of funk, grass and peppery notes.

Slightly hazy golden beer, no head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, grapes, lemon. Taste of sour grapes, green walnuts, sulfur. Interesting.

Bottle at the Garching Xmas tasting. Fresh, funky, citric, wild aroma. Green walnut? Yeah no clue what they smell like. Sweetish and vaguely fruity. Soft, citric, bit fruity, tart, lightly funky aroma, lovely, very, very well balanced, even if the sourness is heavy. Clean, tasty, sour sour, not sure what the barrels gave, but I'm almost sure more than the green walnuts. Still, huge props!

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a hint of amber. Tart and crisp, some cold apple. Smooth mouthfeel. Layed back, sweet but not too sweet. Herbal but not artificial or perfume. A bit salty, which is nice. Easy drinkable. Decent.

Bottle. Murky golden, white low foam. Light salty, fruity, medium light tart body, fine sparklies, a bit fizzlestick, mossy, bright, citrus, light shell, good balance. pleasant drink.

Bottle courtesy of Ursula, tasted with the München Ratebeer Group Christmas Tasting Friday 2nd December 2022. Leather strapping on the nose, but this is a very nice beer, fruity more than nutty, zappy, nice, fuzzy across the tongue, this is super nice.

Cloudy golden. Aroma is grapes white currant funk some spices. Taste is sour fruity with some funk. Pretty balanced and nice to drink. Good.
