0,75l from bottle at home. light yellow cloudy color, small white head. Smells pears, minerals, herbal, grassy, quince, earthy. nice to very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. Tastes pears, quince, grassy, earthy, peppery, leathery, light underlying sweetness, subtle funk. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of quince, pears and leathery. a bit on the heavy side, and also rather carbonated, but overall very good one.
