Bottle. Orange golden color. Floral hops, grapefruit and pineapple in the aroma. Floral oily hops, grapefruit and white pepper in the flavor. Slightly bretty. Tart notes. Complex and delicious brew.

Bottled on 03 FEB 2012 - Pours dark orange with a large foamy white head. Aroma of fruity notes, earthy notes, yeast, hints of bretta and tartness. Taste is fruity and hoppy with some hints of tart fruitiness, bretta and farmhouse notes. Finish is malty and fruity with slight spicy notes. Nice, quite tasty IPA/saison hybrid.

Draft. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

650ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with average to huge, lasting, moderately lacing, frothy, white head. Wonderful fruity and yeasty aroma has notes of peach, lychee, a touch of honey, spicy background. Taste is initially moderately sweet, fruity, then spicy yeasty notes come in, all escorted by bitter hoppy overtones. Wonderfully balanced.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, riped fruit, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, mango, flowers, moderate to heavy yeasty, passion flowers, funky. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sharp, funky, hoppy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120719]
