Fresh Chinook and Cascade hopes inundate your palate and nose with spicy, earthy and citrus notes washing over a mildly complex, medium bodied malt foundation.

A: grapefruit juice, mango, apple, pine, stale lime.
T: sweetish apple, mango, bitter grapefruit, biscuit.
F: bitter piney & grapefruity hops, bit grassy.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Wholesome bitterness.
