Hel is the queen of the underworld where most of the dead dwell. Daughter of Loki and sister of Fenrir, she is part of a truely dangerous family.
Appointed by Oden, she rules from Eljudnir, the Home of the Dead over the wicked, the dishonoured, the sick and the old.
Hel is amber coloured, hop forward beer brewed with new world hops which add lots of citrus, stone fruit and pine notes.

Ljust bärnstensfärgad grumlad vätska med hög och storbubblig skumkrona. Aromer av tallbarr, kåda och lite kakigt bröd. Lätt vattnig inledande maltkropp som fångas upp av en rejäl giva beska av det kraftigare slaget där blommor, grape och lite karamell förekommer.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel - sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, pine, fruity hops, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230211]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is spruce tips, some floral, grassy and mild peachy tones with some sweet malts as well. Flavour is floral, some spruce tips, mild peachy tones with some herbs and pine. Pleasantly bitter finish.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy amber, rich head. Aroma of papaya, leafs and citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Husky grain, pears and papaya. Long bitter finish.
