Clear blond beer, huge creamy aery off-white head, stable, rocky, a bit adhesive, leaving some patches of lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, funky, a bit infected, some brett notes, malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, malty, sourish touch, some yeast, dusty, spicy, bitter, ok. Aftertaste: weird, fruity, sourish, bitter, unpleasant, metallic, very mediocre and probably infected. Weird as this is supposed to come from De Proefbrouwerij...
