First, we macerated raspberries from Eikemaheert, Loppersum and apricots with lambic separately from each other. We then blended these two lambics into a unique flavor combination.

Very lovely mix of bright, jammy raspberry, sweet, ripe, sticky apricot and fairly sour, woody lambic. Very flavourful, but the flavours all work well and balance each other out. Very nicely made.
