Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC). Fruity and floral with some plums and hints of cherries, mild tartness and funky farmyardy notes. Balanced and soft.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy pinkish amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of apricots, plums and a touch of cherry — gently funky and softly acidic. Flavour is dry as hell, with lots of bone dry stone fruits, a touch of cherry skins, and rustic saison yeast. Bone dry finish. Interesting.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and superhelpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Nice cherries and funk. Pretty good.

Don't think I had cherry plums before, it's an interesting flavour. Fairly dry, super soft acidity, fruity yet dry. Very nice balance, but maybe not completely my fruit.
